Hi – my name is Sarah and I live in Cheshire.
There are loads of healthy foods out there that taste really good and you can find some great simple recipes on my site to try out. I would love your feedback so don't forget to let me know what you think of the recipies and if you have any other good ones then please email them to me so I can upload them for everyone to see. I have been so busy lately with school, Christmas holiday and then Christmas itself, I am a little behind but I am slowly updating the site so please keep sending through your jokes and enjoying my site :-)
